CEP Community Live

CEP Community Live is a virtual program that aims to provide people with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and their care partners and families an opportunity to participate in physical activities and learn about living well, cognitive training, functional independence, and nutrition. The goal of CEP Community Live is to promote joy, purpose, health, and wellness. You may join live online during the weekly webinars or playback education and physical activity videos for a self-paced experience.

This class focuses on how foods can help fuel the brain based on the principles and the science behind the MIND diet. The MIND diet is a healthy, evidenced-based way to eat that reduces inflammation and is designed to delay and prevent cognitive decline.
